It seems that wheels sticking out 2 inches past stock is pretty common for aftermarket wheels. Do you guys with this setup have many issues with rock chips and the like? Like the look but don't want to wreck the paint!

Do you offroad alot? My tires stick out about 2" past the fender well and I haven't had much issues, but I also don't offroad with it. You could get the fender flares.

 

Most of the time the aftermarket does a better job with backspacing so this isn't an issue. It's better than the old days when they tried to make one wheel wthat would fit several different trucks.

 

Mine stick out a little and I expected chips, but so far none in about 15,000 miles.
