Not a F 150, or even a Ford, but this car is in my family

My son has a 2004 grand am and I can't get the caliper bracket mounting bolt out. Someone before me rounded off the head, now I can't grip it with a socket These bolt usually have some sort of anti seize on them , so the come out hard even with a good bolt head

Do you guys have any suggestions , I need to change out the rotors

Propane torch to it, then if you are lucky maybe vice grips.
