Swaying at 55 mph

Installed 2 1/2" leveling kit and 295/70/18 Nitto Terra Grapplers. Had alignment and whole 9....drove it on the highway today and when i got to around 55 mph(which im sure my speedos off) i could feel the truck swaying all over my lane. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Could it be my tire pressure they are set at 45 psi i believe.

I would run those at 50. Having them at 45 though should not cause that much of a problem. If they were at 35, I could see it happening. I would have the alignment rechecked. Also front end components.

what front end componenets are you speaking of? when we put the kit on everything looked fine. i never had any problems no matter what speed with the factory tires before. i will increase air pressure and try it again. what would be the max pressure i would want to run to avoid abnormal wear?

Things like ball joints, tie rod ends etc. 50 should be fine for anything you plan on carrying.

kingfish i really apreciate the help. I checked into it some more and they were inflated to a round 60 psi. I think i had way too small of a contact patch on the road. I let them down to 45 and it went away considerably. I will do some more playing and see what 50 psi does. again thanks alot
