Did you replace your rotors or have them resurfaced? Were they in good shape? Did you bleed your brakes or push on the pedal a hundred times to seat the pads on the rotors? Does the pedal feel firm or is it squishy?

My 05 did this before and after I replaced pads and rotors. It kept doing it. Read a post on here some time back about a recall/tsb Mazda ( I know) had out for this noise that called for flushing out the brake fluid. Figured what the hell and had it done at the dealer (at my cost). Some people say to flush brake system every two years others say leave the fluid alone. All I know is it took care of the problem. It makes no sense to me, but I don't care.
