So I went out today to do a couple minor things, and was going to lower my spare tire to do some cleaning. I can't for the life of me get my long handle thing to crank down my tire. I took a look, and it seems to me that the female part of the tire winch (don't know a better term for it) is missing it's connection. I don't have another F150 close for me to look at.
