StopTech Drilled/Slotted Rotors... sexy

These things are sexy.

I know all the complaints, they'll crack; they'll break; they'll create a rift in the space-time continuum... so don't hate.

Once the weather clears up, I'm popping these babies on.

interesting drill holes.... the bottom set on the left of the picture has 4 holes then 2, all the rest of the sections have 4 and 3..... maybe they do that for balancing?

congrats, i have some slotted rotors on order. I had some slotted rotors on my first 03 and loved them. I personally dont care for the drilled, but slotted rotors work very well.

I was looking at that, and I think I figured it out, but let me see if I can explain.

Each hole goes through one of the vents between the two plates. Between each slot / drill / drill combination, there is one vane that isn't drilled (which also happens to be the center of the slot). It appears that when they get around to the final combination, they only drill 2 holes to keep the one vane that isn't drilled.
