03' Hub assembly require packing?

Hey guys,

Have an 03 150 4x4. I'm replacing the front hub assembly but the bearing has me confused. Does it come pre-greased or does it need to be packed? If it has to be packed, how do you get to the bearing to do so?

Update. Turns out the bearing can not be serviced. Straight forward replacement but I have an issue I'm looking for guidance with. Before the replacement there was an intermittent rub with each rotation of the wheel. May not have been a rub but sounded very similar. After replacing the hub there is a howl that increases intensity as the truck comes to a stop. Everything I've read about howling points to a bearing but this bearing is brand new. Is there something that I may have missed or done incorrectly that would cause this?
