Ok, so this may have been asked before, but I was not able to find it on the forums anywhere. I have an 08 expy xlt 2wheel dr. I want to put some rims and tires on it but im not sure whats gonna be the best fit, and not sure what will fit. I would like either 20's because I want to keep a smooth ride and for rim protection (my wife drives it sometimes) so i want some rubber on the wheel. Or 22s, but will a 305/ 40 or 45/22 fit under my vehicle stock without any rubbing or cutting involved? Also in your honest opinions, would 20s look to small on an 08 expy??? Please feel free to comment, and your input would be greatly appreciated.

I would go 22 if your want the street scene look. I think they look sweet on Expy's. Some of the tire pros will be along soon though and let you know what size tires.

 

Thanks, I may be leaning more towards 22's but not sure if a 305\45\22 will fit under the front end without any rubbing. My expy is off white, and these are the rims I would like to put on them. Either 20s or 22s.

 

also if anyone has more ideas for FULL Black rims, please post some ideas.

 

Both sizes will fit without rubbing. My wheels are 9.5 inches wide wit h 6.7 inches of backspacing.

Those rims look sweet! Post up some pics when you get your tire/wheel combo put on!

 

I also run a 305/45/22 on my 06. 9.5" wide wheel with 6.63" of backspace I believe.
