I need some help

Alright heres the situation i got a 2005 ford F150 im trying to figure out what the perfect tire and wheel package for my truck... Here is what i have in mind... ProComp Series 7189 - 17x9's with the Nitto Terra Grappler 295/70/17... Ok so here is the problem, I need to know first of all if this combo will fit on my truck, and will the tires fit with these rims? The truck is stock ride height but i do plan on putting a leveling kit on, second is the back spacing and off set real important when it comes to matching the rims with the truck. I guess i just dont understand the concept of the backspacing and the offset. If anyone out there could help me out it would be excellent!

You didnt specify if it is 4x4. If it is you shouldnt have a problem with a level kit. Im not good with the back spacing either, but I have an 05 with 285/70/17 tires. The truck had the rims when I bought it, I believe they are 9" wide, it also had the level kit. A 295/70/17 tire is about a half inch taller and almost a half inch wider than my tire, but with a level kit you will not have a problem.
Heres a pic of mine, my rims are also Pro Comp

That is basically a 34x12.00 tire. Whether or not it fits will depend on the backspacing on the wheel. If it's 5 inches you should be fine. Backspacing is the distance from the mounting surface of the wheel (where it bolts to the hub) to it's rear edge.

Thanks, the truck was already leveled when I bought it. Pretty sure it is a 2" job.
