Black wheel care?

I have pro comp wheels in the cast black finish. I need to change out my front brake pads but in the mean time the stockers are coating my wheels red. I am really cautious about damaging the finish with particular types of wheel cleaners like acid based. I haven't got much help from Pro Comp's online support. He suggested dish soap nut gave no comment on wheel cleaners.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I wash mine regularly and use Gold Class soap wash with a brush on my wheels. I just don't trust any wheel cleaner as they tend to be pretty harsh.

I wouldn't use anything stronger than dish washing liquid (Dawn is my favorite).
