New Tires

I need to get some new tires for my Ford F150 4X4 Supercab Styleside Off-Road with the short box and tow package. The current tires are LT265 70R17. I'd like to get something a little wider, since the current tires just don't look right...to me. I want something I can take off-road, but my primary driving will be on improved surfaces, so I don't want a lot of road noise or to kill my gas mileage. I'm familiar with Goodyear and BF Goodrich and have enjoyed their performance on other Ford's I've owned. Any suggestions?

I'd suggest a 285/70-17 (33x11.50) or 305/65-17 (33x12.50) size. The BFG AT KO, Nitto Terra Grappler, Toyo AT, Pro Comp Xtremet AT, **** Cepek FC II or Mickey Thompson ATZ would be good choices.
