Remove wheel weight tape???
2008 F-150 Harley Davidson w/22's rotate every 5000 and balance every 10000... I hit my 11000 and went to balance but can't get the sticky off the inside of the wheel. Any suggestions

Try some WD40 and a plastic paint scraper.

Or Naphtha (lighter fluid). Just put some on a rag and use it to get off the glue.
