KM2's or Toyo MT with Procomp 7005

After about 5 months, my 7005's should be here in a couple of days...................finally! The 20's are no longer available at this point, so 18 x 9 it is. That helped tackle one decision. Now I need to decide on tires. I have seen plenty of toyos, which look great...........dont get me wrong. But I am wondering if something different might be good. There is a member on here that has the silver 07 with the KM2 18 set up and it looks great.

By the way they are going on a black 07 (Im still trying to learn how to upload photos). Ill be getting a 6 inch lift and tires in a 35. Also, I am going for the black out look, but I am liking the white letters with the 7005 silver highlights. How do you guys think this will look on a blackout? Or Toyos all the way? ..........................I have heard toyos are a great tire......noise wise and they can take alot of miles. Any opinions?

Well.. I have Toyos and I love them.. then again, I don't have much to compare them to. The KM2s look pretty nice, but I had the chance to get the Toyos for a really cheap price brand new.

btw.. my 7005s wheels have the silver heads painted black. If your gonna do the "blackout" look, I say go all or nothing!

No doubt get the KM2s. I have them in 35x12.5r18 like you would get, and they are just as quiet as the Toyos. They are also lighter, by 13 pounds each. That means more power and mpgs. Nobody else has them, so your truck will be more unique. The Toyos are made of a super hard compound and are not as good offroad, not nearly as aggressive.

I have 8-9k miles on my KM2s and they show barely any wear. I rotate every 3k, and I dont see any reason i wont get at least 40-45k miles out of this set.

Man, they are both great looking tires. Zeruin and IDNC both have alot of the look Im going for. you guys are definitely the black out veterans. Then again I want to set myself apart somewhat. Now I believe on the KM2's there is the option for the white letter or black right (inside or out)? So white letters out cheesey or sweet?

Well that sucks. But the size I am looking at would be 35 x 12.50x18. It sounds like they are available all over here in Salt Lake.
