Too ****?

Well, I bought a set of 33" Toyo AT's two weeks ago. At first they rode very smooth, but now they've developed a vibe. I've pinned it down to the left rear, but not absolutely sure. I had an issue with their alignement, it pulled to the left, got it fixed last Saturday, now I think the tires need attention. They have a lifetime rotate and balance, should I bug the crap out of the guys or leave it alone, take it to someone else? Too picky or wanting to get my $$$$ worth?

I checked the weights and they all seem to be there. There wasn't alot of weight to balance them, but it seems to be the absolute worst at 50mph and tapers off. I did retorque the lugs Sunday and while the truck was jacked up, I noticed that it sounded like the brakes were scrubbing only on the left side. I've heard about the e-brake sticking, but wondered if it's the tire or brakes.
