tire width

How wide of a tire will fit on my stock 2001 supercrew 4x4 wheels? would 13.50's fit?

No. The oem wheels are 16x7 and 17x7.5. A 13.50 inch wide tire is too wide for either. A 12.50 inch wide tire is pushing it.
