power loss
Since i put my new tires and wheels on, i can feel a little power loss when i take off, anything i can do to get my 5.4 v8 back to where it was. Thanks BC

Yep, re-gear the axles.
You can get some extra power from a programmer but re-gearing is the only thing that gets back that low-end.

oh ok is that a hard thing to do and usually how expensive?

will something like a cold air intake help any or fix some of the power loss

It's a job best kept for the experts and guessing $1k+ for parts and labor for both axles combined.
