largest tires I can fit
You can forget 35's with aftermarket wheels without a lift. Even with a leveling kit ALOT of trimming will be required. I dont think trimming is even the right word at that point in time - carnage sounds about right.
Highly suggest leveling the truck first. At that point in time either go with 33's and the 20x8.5 with +10 offset (should stick out about an inch further than factory wheels). Or keep the OEM wheels and go with 35s.

with 33??
Look at my last post, it states the rockstars you should be able to run with 33's or go with 35's on OEM wheels. Not sure what else you were asking about.
ok this is what everyone is saying. if your gonna do all that u need a leveling kit or a lift. you just can't fit 38's with those rims on stock height. you need to be running at least a 33in tire
I dont want to add 38 just 35 thanks
I have a friend with only a level and aftermarket 20's with 35 inch toyo mt's. His do not rub and he didn't trim.06 fx4 extra cab. I'm not saying all will not rub or fit but it is possible. He got the setup from les schwab. I can take pics tomorrow.
