BFG AT's

I have a 2007 Ford F-150 KR Quad Cab 4x4 with the OEM BFG P275/65Rx18's on it. They need replaced and I'd like to go with the BFG AT's, but I've been told that they don't come in 275 (Only 285) and won't fit on my truck without a mod.

Does anybody know if this is true...it seems like to me that they should be fine??!!!

Correct, BFG TA/KOs come in the following sizes for 18 inch wheels:

LT265/65R18/E
LT285/65R18/E
LT305/65R18/E
LT325/65R18/D

I would think you could fit the 285/65/18s without a leveling kit, but I don't know for sure.

I'm running the 285/65/20s with a 2" leveling kit and don't have any problems. Logic would dictate that the 285/65/18s are 2 inches shorter than the 285/65/80s, and since you also have a 4x4, but without the 2" leveling kit, the 285/65/18s should fit.

A 285x65x18 will fit on a stock 4x4, close to 33 inches tall. Great tires!
