KM2s or Nitto Mud Grapplers
KM2s or Nitto Mud Grapplers
Which one do you think i should get. I drive mostly on the road but go offroading in the mud once in a while. I like the practicality of the KM2s but i love the looks of the Nittos and dont know much about them. My Info is in sig. Any Pros and Cons about both tires. Pictures would be great. Thanks

BFG KM2's hands down. My dad just got a set and im amazed how they look/ride/pull.
Nitto's will wear quickly on the road, they wear unevenly, and are EXTREMELY noisy way to noisy to be practical. I run TSL's and Nitto's are louder than my tires

I guess ill be the only one here that votes for Mud Grapplers. But ill stick up for my tire. You can get good mileage out of them if you take good care of them. But its up too you and everyone has their opinion on these tires just like i have mine. I say Grapplers
The nitto's look bad a$$, but ive heard a lot of people say they are loud , but if you dont mind the noise i would go with the nitto mud grapplers, which i would of

ive got nittos on my tahoe and they are loud as hell...sick looking tires but the bfg's will no doubt be a better all -round tire...i drove on the highway for about 6 hours a couple weekends ago and the noise of the tires gets very tiresome...but they do sound cool for a while
Pictures of KM2's dont do them justice at all. They are extremely aggressive, and the tread is deaper overall then the nittos.
I'm with everyone one else go for the KM2's. I think the Nittos look awesome too but they are just not practical for everyday driving. Ultimately its up to you its your truck and your decision to make...make the one that you feel best about and there won't be any regrets later.
Honestly, Im leaning towards KM2s and always have been...but i just love the looks of the nittos. I can get some KM2s for about 280 each new. Nittos I've found for around 320s. Again, I do live in Chicago, so not much offroading around here. The closest thing to offroading by me is in some O'hare Expansion construction sites.
jk So I do have to drive to get to some decent hills.

check onlinetires.com there cheaper than anyone i have seen.
i vote km2 only from other people i have talked to. the mud graps while they look good i have heard terrible mileage, but i don't doubt mmhockey saying that taking care of them they will last, im sure they will but i think the KM2 is a better overall street tire if thats what you will mainly be doing.
