I have to agree that looking at the width and how far out the wheels stick from the fenders, you will need more than a leveling kit. The only reason that I was able to fit 35's on my truck with a 2.5" AS and 1.5" AAL is because my wheels are a 20" x 8.5" wheel with 25mm Offset (20" x 8.5" 44 mm Offset was stock).

if i was you and didn't want to spend a ton, try trading someone 35's for 33's. it would the cheapest route other than a lift.

Ya if those wheels/tires are in fact new you can resell them for far more then $400. And I agree with every one there is no way you can clear those tires with those wheels on a 4x2 with out some measure of lift, a leveling kit just won't do it.
