Expedition Wheeels/ Tires

I just purchased a 2001 Expedition XLT Sport 4x4. I plan on installing leveling keys, for about a 2 inch lift. Question concerns tire, and wheel size. I would like to go with black Steel wheels, either pro comp or A R. They ar available in 4.25 or 5 inch back space. I want to run 305-70-16 tires (33-12.5). Is any one running a similar setup, on a Heritage F150, or Epd. Which offset would work better?

You don't need the aftermarket torsion bar keys. Just crank up your torsion bars using your oem keys. The aftermarket keys are a rip off. Also, your oem wheels have 4.5 inches of backspacing so either will work. I'd go with a 10 inch wide wheel with 4.5 inches of bs personally.

Will the 5 inch back space work?

Yes, it will. How wide are the wheels?

Yeah, they will work. A 16x8 with 5 inches of bs will stick out 1/2 inch farther than the oem 16x7 (with 4.5 inches of bs).
