Wheels for Less.com

Hey guys I was just wanting to pass on some info. on wheelsforless.com. I ordered some rims from them and recieved them in 4 days(good part). Now for the bad, Not only did they send me the wrong ones, they sent the wrong backspacing but had it like I ordered it on the box and invoice. So after returning those, they sent me four new ones, but because he didn't have them in stock, he had to oder them from the manufacturer. 7 days later I get my rims, now keep in mind my truck is in the shop getting the lift put on which has been done now for two days by the way. When the store opened them, two of them were used, can you believe that, used? WTF, so I called them again and he said he would drop ship two new ones and would reimburse me what it cost to have them mounted and balanced, a measely $93. So my suggestion to everyone reading this is not to order them from this company, too much of a hassle.

Yes, it does sound like they made a couple of mistakes, but it sounds as though they have great customer service. Sometimes the customer service can make up for a few extra days wait.

No I disagree because I left something out. The reason it took so long the first time is because they sent them to my house and not the business where my truck was like I asked them to twice.

I personally wouldnt have ordered wheels when I put my truck in the shop to have it worked on I would have had a little extra sense to get all my parts first..

Good customer service that the guy seemed to have goes a long way, would you rather the guy tell you to go fruck yourself and not answer your calls? Believe me buddy, it happens....

First of all "buddy", I did order all my parts first. When I recieved the wheels the invoice on the outside stated they were the -12mm offset like I ordered. Now because I am in Iraq, my girlfriend had all this done for me so there was no need to open the box if the invoice on the outside stated they were the correct ones. So when all my parts were ordered, the truck was put in the shop to have everything installed thats when they opened the box and found the wrong ones. If this company would have toldme to go **** myself as you so elegantly put it then it wouldn't be in business for very long. This business you are trying to protect sent me USED rims when I bought new ones, so go ahead and order from them. I was just telling you what happened. By the way, I have plenty of sense!

Being a guy that's been overseas a few times, and dealt with purchasing parts while deployed, I feel your pain on the frustrations it can cause... I've let loose on more than a few guys over the phone because they couldn't get their business right...

but here's the important question..any pics of the lift and wheels?

i've bought stuff from them with no issues. i don't mean to sound like a *****, but you are asking for trouble when you don't check stuff over first, regardless what anything says. just like when my lift came, i was missing stuff, it said it was there, but that don't mean i'm gonna tear my truck down on what something says.

They are a great company. I ordered my rockstars from them before they even made them in our bolt pattern. They had them custom drilled in the offset i wanted. Also had great customer service.

A guy tells of his experience and gives you a heads up and you guys start nitpicking like a bunch of idiots. What is it with you guys. Do your wives harp on you all the time or something. Ease off.
