BFG AT's

Getting ready for some new tires on my '07 Supercrew XLT 2wd. I like the look of the BGF AT's and have had some buddies who love them. What has yall's experience been? Any reduction in gas mileage or increase in road noise? How about wearability? What would the biggest size tire I could fit on my 17" wheel without making any additional alterations to the truck? Would it effect my ride height by going to a little bit bigger tire? Thanks.

They last forever when you take care of them. Not too noisy either. Get em.

They are really great tires, most that have them have gotten 50k+ out of them easily.

Your ride height will get *slightly* higher with taller tires. If you get tires that are an inch taller than your current ones, your ride height will increase about a half inch.

bigger sizes are what cause loss in fuel mileage. if you put on the same exact size you have now, mileage will remain unaffected.

I've had two sets and had good luck from both. I think I got beween 45 and 50000 out of them. Probably get them again as soon as the ones on my truck need replaced.

BFG AT KO's will last 60,000 miles easily. If you are gonna stay at stock height, I'd go with a 265/70-17 (32x10.50). If you add a 2 or 2.5 inch leveling kit a set of 285/70-17's (33x11.50) would look great.
