Question Rockstar Rims

I have an 2006 F150. I want to put a 6in lift on it with BDS lift kit. Also I want to go with 20x12 KMC Rockstar's and 35x13.50 tires. Does anyone know if this combo will work?

Other than the rockstars being played out by now, why wouldn't it work? What are you asking?

Hmm.. the only thing I can think of that might be an issue would be the 13.5 width on the tires.. I'd say stick with 35x12.5, it'll look and ride better. As far as the Rockstars.. Unless your deadset on them, I'd seriously reconsider.. It seems like everyone and they're grandma already have them.. Were you considering the chrome or black Rockstars? What color and model is your F-150?

I wouldn't go with the 12 inch wide wheels on a 04-08 truck. They will cause you fitment issues.

Question

what im wanting to know is if the 12 inch wide wheels will fit, what backspacingit. i would need. im wanting the wheels to stick out from the side of the truck a lil bit. well there is not a single vehicle around my area with rockstars, so they arent played out around here. and thats what i want. but just fitting the 12's is what i was worried about, a small amount of rub at full turn wont be bad i dont mind that. i have an 06 metallic blue lariat 4wd and i am wanting the flat black rockstars.

20x10 Rockstars and 35x12.50 tires should stick out of the wheel wells. That combo should work nice.

A 10 inch wheel with 4.5 inches of bs is gonna stick out 3.5 inches farther than the oem 17 and 18 inch wheels. Also, a lot of the lift kits will increase the front track width some, which will push the front wheels out even farther. I don't think you want your wheel to stick out any farther than that. The 20x10's should give you the exact look you want.
