wheel backspace

I just bought some 18x9 kmc monsters w/4.5" backspace.The tires are 285x60x18. My trucks suspension is stock for now. Will these fit without rubbing, or am I going to have to level the front till I get my lift?

If you have a 4x4, they should fit.
