New tires installed - a little concerned

I have a 2005 Ford SuperCrew FX4 and just purchased new tires the stock tires were the Goodyear Wranglers and now I put BF Goodrich my concern is that the door tag says to run a 40PSI and the tires put on now are rated at 35 PSI max I contacted NTB that put them on and they said it is OK due to the Goodyears were rated a 2063 @ 40psi vehicle weight and the BFG are rated at 2365 GFW. @35PSI. I am concerned about the difference any opinions I would apprecitate it.

Apparantly you purchsed a p rated tire and not an lt. Never exceed the maximum psi listed on the tires sidewall.
