EXPERTS...i need your help

..so my wife got ina wreck awhile back in my truck..and i took it to the body shop they replaced the tierod n rim..well my tire isnt sticking out as it was supposed to. (as you can see from the picture) it sticks in at top..and it has a loud humming sound or rubbing when going past 35 mphs..i took it to 2 different auto stores and 1 said it was the spindle? and the other said it was the upper control arm..from the picture what would you think it is..that would make the tire stick out.. o_O im really desperate for an answer. thanks

Can't tell anything from the picture, but if the tire is in at the top something is probably bent. Could be a control arm, knuckle, spindle, could have even bent the frame if the hit was hard enough. Did the body shop measure the frame or do an alignment? My guess on the humming noise would be wheel bearings. It's a pretty good bet that the bearings are messed up if it took a shot to the wheel. Sounds like the shop has more work to do.
