Squeling breaks!!

I have a 97 taurus that has very noisy breaks when cold. Seems to get alot better when it gets hot. The pads are not worn. I had thought about removing the breaks, sanding the pads and rotor. Do you think this will clear up the problem?

Thanks

Shouldn't solve it, maybe you forgot to anti-sieze a certain part and in not doing so will cause this. I've had the pad sliders pulled into the rotor, forgetting anti-sieze on some little stupid spot, just noise comin and going so you never can tell.

I would definitely take them apart to see why they are making so much noise. You might have a build up of rust or a piece of brake hardware with no grease on it. When apart sand the outer edge of the rotor and grease all hardware and slider pins.
