Procomp Xtreme Mud Terrain

I was wondering what everyone thought about these tires. Someone locally is selling a set of 315/70/17 xtreme muds for 400 dollars. He said there is about 95% tread on them. I've heard people having problems with getting them balanced.

What do you all think is this a good deal, or should I pass?

All of the reviews I've read on the Xtreme MT's have been great.

Thanks for the info. I think I decided to hold off and spend the money to replace my AS and put in the adjustable bilsteins. Its time for shocks anyways.
