02 fx4 screw

Noticed on my "new to me" Screw that the rear passenger side brake line hangs way down. I was going to try to pipe wrench bend the bracket and move the entire thing upward...but figured i better check here first for any typical solutions?
Seems odd for it to be hanging down below the axle and would appear to be an obvious "catch/snag" point.
Thanks!

Got a pic? The holding clip may have come off the axle tube.

NO pic of mine but i just snagged this out of the photo gallery. You can see it is attached to the axhle bracket yet still the loop to the brake hangs below the axle.

Thats the parking brake cable. You can move it around to get it up more without hurting it.
