I wish i had one of their stores near me, i would of loved bringing those wheels in and bitching at them in person. All though if i had one near me this probably wouldnt of happened because i wouldnt of ordered them over online/over the phone.

Oh well, live and learn.

I have never really had a problem with 4 Wheel Parts. I bought my tires there and had my AAL installed there and I got both pretty cheap. Buy 3 get 1 free on the tires and I had the AAL installed for $112

Hey Dan....

that really sucks :-( I actually got my wheels from them with no problems. Ordered by phone, and got the online pricing...... but I was actually able to go pick them up at a walk-in store about 45 minutes from my house, in Sacramento. I actually told them I wanted to open each box first, to inspect them. Of course he started in with > "Well if theirs a problem, we can just..... And I stopped him to say, "Well I live 50 miles away, so if theirs a problem, I'm not going to bother with dragging them all the way home".

I'll tell you what, that 2 to 3 months for a back order sounds like BS to me. If it were me, I'd have a buddy call over there to "pretend like" he wanted those wheels, and see how long they tell him it will take......

I agree, 2 to 3 months definetly sounds like BS. But be that as it may i'm done with 4wheelparts. I've got the wheels already on my truck now, and luckily the part of the wheels that were scuffed and scratched are now covered up by my tires. I only paid $494.96 ($554.76 shipped) buy 3 get one free, so i'm honestly not even going to stress about it anymore. Its not even worth the hassle, headache, or the wait if indeed i do find out they can get them to me quicker then they say. This whole situation is what makes me uncomfortable ordering things online and over the phone in the first place. But i have ordered quite a few things over the phone and on the internet in the past with no issues. This was my first unsatisfactory experience doing so. i'll just be very weary of 4wheelparts.com from now on.

On a good note, i love the way my truck looks and i'll be starting a thread with some pics shortly.

Update

I got a call out of the blue from 4wheelparts yesterday. They offered to replace my wheels and said i could have them in a couple weeks. Well considering they are already on my truck, i said i'm just going to keep them. The guy i talked to then said for my trouble he will send me a couple extra caps, and also a $50 gift card. I never followed up with the person i talked to on the phone about this because he was a jerk. I was honestly shocked to get a call from them, apparently someone at that company read the lengthly email i sent them. The guy was very nice, and did not ask for pictures or anything. So, my first purchase from them was unsatisfactory, but they are making the attempt to make it good. I'll give purchasing from them another shot next time i need something they have, and hopefully it will go better.

The end.
