Ideas ??

I have an 01 F150 Extended cab truck and a set of 37x12.50 tires my friend gave me. I am wondering if I can fit the tires on the truck with a 3'' body lift and a leveling kit on wheels with a 4.75 in. backspacing.

No, you will need a lot more lift. I have a body lift and 35's and it's a really tight fit.
