Question One last tire size question, please bear with me

I've pretty much narrowed my wheel search down to these three wheels, and i plan on ordering a set tomorrow.

Alright, well one last question (hopefully) about the tire size for these choice wheels.

XD monster 18x9 +18 offset 5.71 backspacing
Pro comp 18x9 7005 0 offset 5" backspacing
ATX Thug 18x9 00mm offset 4.96" backspacing

Could i fit some BFG AT KO 305/65/18's (34x12.50R18) on either of these three wheels with a 2.5" AS leveling kit?

Your best bet would be the Monsters because they have a little more backspacing.

I'm actually thinking i like the Monsters the best, so its good to hear you say that. All though its still tough because all three wheels are very nice looking in my opinion. So you say my best bet is the monsters because of 5.7 backspacing. In your personal opinion, do you think that combo would work out well, or would i end up rubbing and having to trim?

I'd hate to have to cut into my new truck and it would really suck to buy everything only to have it not work out well. I just figured since the 35 fits on a stock wheel, that maybe the 34 would fit on a custom wheel with around the same backspacing. But then again i am new to all this and havent a clue, which is why i keep posting. I'm learning it all slowly, but never-the-less learning. Your help is greatly appreciated,
thank you.

Is anyone running 18x9 XD Monsters with 305/65/18 tires?

I think that combo will fit. If you have to do any trimming, it will be very minor. I know several members have run 325/60-18's (basically a 33x13.00 tire) on 9 inch wide wheels with 5 inches of bs without any rubbing so I think you will be fine.

Oh and also i was wondering, would i have any problems with a 34" tire as in needing new gears, etc etc sort of like the 35" tires? I know 33" tires would work and i wouldnt have to worry about much, so i was wondering if the same could be said for 34" tires.

It depends on severl factors. What is you current engine and gear combo? Do you tow/haul heavy loads constantly?

Gears are 3.55, i dont tow and haul all the time but i do occasionally.
Its pretty much between 33's or 34's now as far as size.
