04 Screw tire question

What size tires should a guy run with a 20X8.5 18mm/5.45 BS on an 04 new body style with a 2" leveling kit? Would like to keep the tire size close to factory but a little larger would be ok. Also I was considering the Cooper Zeons any feedback?

275/55 20 will keep you close at the dash.

You didn't mean if you had a 4x2 or 4x4 or whether you lifted the front 2 inches or dropped the rear 2 inches. If you want an offroad look and lifted the front, I'd go with a 305/55-20 (33x12.50).

I lifted the front, its an FX4. Are them wider than a 275/60/20 or 275/55/20? I want to be careful on width because I plan on running these year round and had 33X12.5 on my old bronco and it didn't like snow very well. Plus I am hoping to not have any rubbing issues.

Yes, a 305 is wider. The first number in the metric sizing system is the width of the tire in milimeters. If you want a narrower tire, BFG makes the AT KO in 285/55-20 which is basically a 33x11.50-20 tire.
With a leveling kit on a 4x4, a 275/55-20 is gonna look tiny.

ya, I am thinking it would look small also. I like the BFGs a lot just not so much on the price tag. I can find the Cooper Zeon Ltz in a 275/60/20 for round $700. Just weighing my options but want to make sure it looks good and is functional. But I don't think that is all that much taller than the 275/55/60... from what I have seen.
