Level with these tires?
First can a 13.5" width tire fit on a 17x9 rim? If it can then do you think with jsut aa 2.5" AS Level I can clear Rock Crawler Series 51 17x9 5" Backspacing and 33x13.5R17 Swamper Iroks?

Yes, you can fit a 13.50 inch wide tire on a 9 inch wide wheel. A 33x13.50 will be a tight fit with only a leveling kit, but a lot of people have fit 325/60-18's which are essentialy a 33x13.00-18 tire.
