tire size again

I asked this before will 285/70/R17's(33") fit? -my truck is stock, no level kit, stock tires are 255/70R/17 but when I look at the truck I wondered if they would fit, Would I need a level kit? I kind of like the bed sitting higher. anyone have any pics??
Thanks Jeff

Go here and check your difference. From what I've learned here they should work. Have same setup and was told I could go up to a 33 x 12.50.

They should fit fine. A buddy of mine has an 04 FX4 with 33x12.5 Baja Claws that fit fine. I'm pretty sure he doesn't have any lift at all to the truck.

my 07 had 265/70/17's on it and they barely fit. id throw on a small leveling kit, 1 or 1.5 inches and they should fit fine them.

If your truck is a 4x4 they will fit with no leveling kit.

It's always best to test fit one on first if possible. My 285's look kind of small in the wheelwells on my truck that's leveled. I'm pretty sure they would have fit on my truck at the stock height.
