Teaser of what's to come

just had the wheels mounted and balanced on my Toyos today. Now I just need to throw the body lift on so I can put the tires on the truck.

wheels are 16x10 Eagle Alloys on Toyo 38x14.5x16 M/T

Well I haven't put the body lift on, and I haven't mounted the tires, they're just sitting next to the truck. If it still rubs with the body lift, I'm planning on adding a add-a-leaf and cranking the torsion bars a little. I've seen a ton of screws (mainly on fordtruckworld) run this same setup, so I'm not too worried.

haha thanks . It'll probably be about a week before I get these on, I'm working late every day, and about to head down to Orlando to see the g/f, so next weekend is the only free time I get, but I couldn't resist throwing a pic up here. Just a little motivation to help me get through the day hah.

thats gonna look bad *** and just by the tires sitting there you got little room but adding that body lift you should no problem what so ever with rubbing from what you can see by the picture. Once i get done with my truck it will be a total of 11inchs of lift and hopefully be able to get 39s under there if not 40 but will prob have to do alot of trimming

Sweet! You should be fine. I've seen several trucks with 9 inches of lift run 38x15.50's so you should be good to go with a tire an inch narrower.

that is going to look Sweet cashel, I cant wait to see some pics with those tires and wheels on, that is the exact tire size I`ve been thinking about running on my truck 15.5 just seems like it would be to wide but 14.5 seems about right, keep us updated I Really want to see how it looks when you get them on just curious how much did you pay for the tires?

yeah man I'll definitely post pics when I get the tires on there. I bought the tires used off a florida truck board called Chuck's Trucks. The tires have a good 85%-90% tread left and I picked them up for 550. Pics probably won't be up till next weekend or a day or two after. Like I said, Saturday night/Sunday is the only time I've got between now and then to put the lift on.
