FX4 Center caps

I pikced up a set of center caps on ebay, but they won't "snap" on to my factory FX4 18" wheels. They fit the opening just fine. Is it possible that the lug nuts are the wrong size? I'll check tomorrow what size socket fits on mine.

Could some one tell me what size they should be?

The part number on the caps I have is 029 3207

Thanks for any help.

Assuming you have the correct caps for your rims, there is only one position they snap on. I can't remember off the top of my head, but i think you have to line up the little slot a certain way.

The factory lug wrench is too big for the nuts also. I called the local dealer, not much help. All he could tell me was that the truck takes an M14 lug nut and they are $3.17 each. A 3/4 socket fits the lugs on there now.

Does anybody have any idea where I can get the lug nuts cheaper??
