Wheel Cleaning Question.

Well as everyone knows brake dust is a large problem on these trucks. I just finished last Wednesday putting new wheels and tires on my truck along with a 2.5 leveling kit. Now i have the old wheels and tires just laying here in my garage taking up space. I have decided i have no use for them so i am going to get rid of them. I wanted to clean them up first before advertising them for sell. I saw the back of the wheel and about crapped myself. There is some pretty mean brake dust baked on the back of these. So i took a bucket of warm soapy water and washed these down pretty good the best i could get them. I have decided that's not quite enough to get the back of these wheels clean on the inside. So, I am wondering if there is any method or products that will help me remove it. Here are some pictures so you guys and girls can see what I'm talking about.

When I clean my aluminum wheels I spray them with the strongest wheel cleaner on the shelf, I think it has muratic acid in it. Smell it, it'll have a strong nose burning odor. Let it sit for five minutes then take a steel wool soap pad and keep cleaning till the pad is wore out. Repeat untill they look good!
