scratched aluminum wheel

my factory 20 in wheel was scratched today in 2 places from comming in contact with a rock. not real bad but the clear is gone and the aluminum is scarred . anyone know what i can coat the marks with to keep the salt / corrosion from destroying the wheel ? the kicker , all4 wheels were only hours old after just being replaced by the dealer earlier in the day .tia.

that SUCKS......i'm sure a chrome shop may have something.....unless there is something on the shelves that may work......or the dealer for sure but be ready to spend more money on that.

something like the little ford touch up paint brush / bottles would make me happy if it would stick to the aluminum . nobody except me can probably see it now , but after a winter of road salt it'll be a mess if i can't seal it.

Use some clear fingernail polish, that should seal it right up!
