I have that size of tire on my 04 FX4 with stock wheels and it clears very easily. I do however have a 2.5 leveling kit but pretty sure they would with without it..

looks like I answered my question.

I mounted the 275/70/18 tires on stock 18" wheels with no problems.
To me the tire looked huge not mounted, but once mounted didnt look much bigger then stock tires.

If you want pics email me, hosstomas@gmail.com

thank you to everyone that replied with help.

I have that exact size on my 2006 FX4 w/o a leveling kit. I have the goodyear duratracs. Only issue i had with them was rubbin on my mudflaps when snow and ice would build up. Really not a big deal at all. I took off the mudflaps and its fine plus it looks better. Ill see if I can upload a pic when i get home.

Pictures added in my profile. Im gonna level the truck with a 1.5'' spacer. I think thats all it really needs.

Old thread, but what the heck.

Here's my former 07 with a set of Cooper's LT275/70-18 E range

And my 11 with a set of Goodyear LT275/70-18 E range. These fit perfect with a stock height truck. The 11 seems to have a little more room in the front wheels wells, then the 07 did.
