305/50/20 or 325/60/18

I've got a 2000 4x4 and cant decide which to go with- 305/50/20 or 325/60/18. I've decided to go with the Terra Grapplers regardless of which size I choose because of all the good reports on this forum. I also like the Boss 304's in chrome. Any opinions or suggestions?
BTW stock ride height, slight torsion crank

I would not go with a 305/50-20, it's only a 32x12.50 tire. I'd go with a 305/55-20 (33x12.50) at least. Personally, I think 33's look better on 18's, but that's just my opinion.

Talking

I think I agree about the 18's looking better. Do you think 325's would be too wide, I would like them to be flush to the fender flare or 1" past. What kind of backspace? 5 1/2"? Also, since you seem to be the site expert here (been reading your posts for years) what is offset?
Would I be able to run an 18x10 rim?

I'd go with an 18x9 with 5 to 6 inches(5 is most common) of bs. Offset is just a different way of measuring the same thing. It's the distance from the mounting surface of the wheel (where it bolts to the hub) to the center of the wheel. BS is much, much easier to understand because it doesn't change with wheel width. As for 18x10's, Mickey T makes an 18x10 with 6 inches of bs that will work.

Awesome. I'm looking at the Boss 304 18x9 and it says 14 offset. Would that work?

If that works out to be between 5 and 6 inches of bs they will work fine.
