18x8.5 5 3/4 backspace +25 offset. Will these fit like stock or stick out some? Also what size tire should I go with for best mileage and ride in an AT. Been reading a lot of Wandell's posts and these seem to be the ones I need but not sure.

 

They will stick out 3/4" more than stock.

 

I agree. I'd go with a narrow 33 inch tire, like a 285/65-18 BFG AT KO or Nitto Terra Grappler. 325/60-18's look great, but wider tires have more rolling resistance which hurts milage.
