Ford wheels fitting jeep wranglers

Some one just told me that a 97-03 F150 bolt pattern is the same as a Jeep YJ. Is that true, or is the guy crazy?

Jeep and ranger bolt patterns (at least the older jeeps) were the same, but the hub bore on the jeeps were smaller.
