NITTO vs. BFG

i drive 40,000 plus miles a year. like the price and looks of the nitto terra, and have had great luck with the bfg a/t on past trucks. should i spend the extra money on bfg or are the nittos a good buy? not concerned with ride quality just want larger tires on stock wheels with good tread life.

I've had BFG before and they are a good tire, but for me, they started getting a bit loud even though I had a lot of tread still left. I will now go with Nitto TG's. I love the look of the tire and the seem to get good reviews as well.

I just took off my Nitto terra grapplers (265/70/17) that have been on for the last 5+ years and they were awesome. Just switched to a bigger tire, MT Baja ATZ 33x13.50. The nittos were great though, never had a problem with them at all.

Both are great tires, Nitto may be a little less expensive. Check out the Toyo AT's also, they make the Nitto tires.
