Yeah man, they are a mirror machined finish. They are definitely bright. I bought em' off of e-bay (460.00 shipped) but found out later that you can buy them from discount tire (140.00 ea). They're 20 x 9.5 and fit perfect, no rubbing, no nothing with Toyo's 33 x 12.50's.

Check that, I just checked DT web site and there 182.00 ea now

Too funny, I've been debating on whether or not to take those off. The one thing I do like about them is the ease it makes for my passengers to get in and out. I always use the grab bar to lift myself over the edge of the seat and then sit down to prevent premature wear but when my passengers would get in (since the day I brought her home) they just climb in and they're all over the place. Especially in winter. Ya' know what I mean?
