Exclamation Where Not To Buy Wheels

JUST SOME ADVICE, DONT TRY TO GET WHEELS OR TIRESFROM WHEELSNEXT.COM. THEY ARE IN MIAMI FLORIDA I BOUGHT MY FIRST SET FROM THEM, THEY SENT A WHEEL WITH THE WRONG OFFSET. WHEN I TRIED TO CALL EACH TIME ITS BEEN A 45 MINUTE WAIT ON THE PHONE. THEN I JUST GOT THE RUN AROUND. FINALLY I RAISED HELL ONCE I GOT A MANAGER ON THE PHONE, THE ONLY WAY THAT HAPPENED WAS BECAUSE I KEPT CALLING AND DIALING EXTENSIONS UNTILL I FOUND A MANAGER. THEY FINALLY PICKED UP THE WHEELS, ITS BEEN 3WEEKS IM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK. IVE CALLED 3 TIMES AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. SO I FIGURE IF I TELL EVERYONE I CAN IT MIGHT EFFECT THEM AT LEAST A LITTLE. SO PASS THE WORD ALONG..............

Well JJDH.....

I'm sorry about your experience. That would REALLY suck.

But I bought a set of wheels and tires from Wheelsnext.com, for my little car, last year (and I live over here on the opposite coast) and it was a 100% positive experience. Not to mention, a great price, and I love these wheels.

I think a lot of these internet sales places have a really good record "most" of the time. Unfortunately, I think the downflall for a bunch of these same places, is with how they deal with the occasional screwup > often, not very well :-(

i got through to wheelsnext today after 23minutes on hold. they said they issued a credit on the 20th. it hasnt posted yet, i will have to wait and see. fish u said u had a good experience thats good, mine was fine when i was giving out the credit card number, just on the flip side calling to return is a headache they have a restock fee, they even sent the wrong lugnuts, total fubar on their part, from a consumer standpoint, service is good when it shines through during problems, they didnt.....
