Squeking front brakes

Hey its pretty ****ing high pitch and its driving me nuts. What usually is the culprit and is there any easy things to try. Or is a break change the only way.

you probly just need to change your pads. most pads have a little piece of metal on them that will rub on the rotor when its time to change the pads. the rubbing creates a high pitch squeek.
