I have an 04 FX4 with a 3 inch body lift and i was wondering if i could fit 325/65-18 tires with the stock rims? Or if i added a 2 inch leveling kit would i be able to fit them with that?

No, the tires are to wide for the stock rims. You'll need a wider aftermarket wheel or a skinnier tire like a 305/60/18 or 305/70/18
