wheel spacers

has anyone ever used any wheel spacers? I was thinking about some for my truck. It's 2WD and the most off road i go is my gravel driveway, so I'm not putting much pressure on them other than everyday driving. Anyone know where to get some fairly cheep?

Usually wheel spacers create more problems than they solve.

I had heard that they cause trouble, and some people swear by them. so I don't know.

I have never heard of any postive experiences from wheel spacers. Best to stay away from them.

I am running them on the rear wheels of my truck...I put a spindle lift on the front that kicked the tires out quite a bit in the front of the truck so I wanted to make the back match. I had some custom spacers machined that are hubcentric, and counter sunk for the lugs...I paid $120 for the pair because it is something that can cause a problem so I wanted to get the nicest ones that I can so I hopefully wont have any issues.

They have been on the truck for a few months now and so far zero issues, and you would never even know they are there except the more aggressive stance.

Let's see a pic. Not that I would get them, but I am always interested in seeing something different.

i had 1" spacers for about a year and had no problems,of course i didn't do any offroading. i just got new wheels and tires is the only reason why i took them off.

I dont recommend spacers because usually people dont check for torque spec and that can cause issues. I can get them for you if you decide to go that route, please let me know which you need.
